Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all.
-Cancellation, If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour period may result in the charge of 30% of the service.
- No Shows may be charge 50% of the service.
- Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to prevent disruption to other appointments.
